International Symposium on Road Pricing

The symposium will explore U.S. and international applications of road pricing strategies in different governmental and socio-economic settings. Case studies from the United States, Europe, and Asia will be the principal focus of the symposium. An international group of participants will discuss the rationale and motivations for implementing pricing; factors affecting the political and public acceptance of pricing strategies; the use of pricing revenues; and project outcomes. Drawing on papers, presentations, and symposium discussions, the committee will evaluate the current state of practice, assess future directions and opportunities, and identify research and information needs.

The Symposium registration fee is $350.00 per person for those registered by Friday, October 31, 2003 and $400.00 for those registered afterward. The fee includes the Wednesday Welcome Reception, all sessions and breaks, Thursday and Friday breakfast and lunch, and the tour.
The student registration fee is $200.00 per person for those registered by Friday, October 31, 2003 and $250.00 for those registered afterward (requires a valid school identification card onsite at registration). The speaker registration fee is $175.00 per person for those registered by Friday, October 31, 2003 and $225.00 for those registered afterward. The fee includes the Wednesday Welcome Reception, all sessions and breaks, Thursday and Friday breakfast and lunch, and the tour.
Spouses/guests are invited to attend the Wednesday Welcome Reception. The registration fee is $40.00. Register your spouse/guest (only) under the guest field.

Refunds will be issued, less a $25.00 cancellation fee, for all cancellations received in writing by Friday, October 31, 2003. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
