LOI: Current practices to set a DBE Goal on Design Build ProjectsAugust 9, 2013 TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Synthesis Program has issued a request for letters of interest to synthesize problems that state departments of transportation face with design-build projects with setting disadvantaged business enterprise contract goals and monitoring compliance on those goals.
