North America Orders
Prices include UPS Ground (continental U.S. only), first class postage to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, or fourth class postage for items mailed to U.S. PO Boxes, Canada, and Mexico. Airmail to Canada and Mexico is available for an additional charge. Prices for expedited shipping are as follows:
- UPS or FedEx 2nd-Day Air: $6.50 for 1st book, $1.50 each additional. The Highway Capacity Manual, 2000 (HCM) is $15.00 for 1st book, $7.50 each additional.
- UPS or FedEx Next-Day Air: $10.00 for 1st book, $1.50 each additional. The HCM is $22.00 for 1st book, $12.00 each additional.
- Airmail to Canada and Mexico: $4.50 for 1st book, $1.25 each additional. The HCM is $23.00 for 1st book, $15.00 each additional.
Delivery times may vary, but please allow:
- UPS Ground to continental U.S.: Up to 10 business days
- First class postage to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: Up to 15 business days
- Fourth class postage to Canada, Mexico and U.S. PO Boxes: Up to 6 weeks
- Airmail to Canada and Mexico: Up to 3 weeks

International Orders
Shipping options and charges are as follows:
- International Airmail Zone 1 (Europe, South America, Central America, and the Caribbean): $7.50 for 1st book, $2.00 each additional. HCM is $32.00 for 1st book, $15.00 each additional.
- International Airmail Zone 2 (All other countries): $9.50 for 1st book, $2.00 each additional. HCM is $38.00 for 1st book, $18.00 each additional.
- International Surface Mail Zone 1 and Zone 2: $5.00 for 1st book, $1.00 each additional. HCM is $23.00 for 1st book, $15.00 each additional.
International delivery times vary widely, but we provide the following shipping timetables as a guideline:
- International Airmail Zone 1: 2 to 8 weeks
- International Airmail Zone 2: 3 to 8 weeks
- International Surface Mail Zone 1: 3 to 10 weeks
- International Surface Mail Zone 2: 6 to 12 weeks
