    Breakout Group 1 : Tools Facilitator: Bill Robert General discussion regarding the engineering, economic, and other tools necessary to support asset management.  During this session, the group is charged with identifying liaisons that should be established with other TRB committees and outside agencies within this topic area.
    Breakout Group 2: Data  Facilitator: Omar Smadi General discussion regarding the data issues that must be addressed to support asset management.  During this session, the group is charged with identifying liaisons that should be established with other TRB committees and outside agencies within this topic area.
    Breakout Group 3: Priorities Facilitator: Jeff Price General discussion regarding the policy issues that must be addressed to support asset management.  During this session, the group is charged with identifying liaisons that should be established with other TRB committees and outside agencies within this topic area.
    Breakout Group 4: Communication         Facilitator: Jason Bittner To be most effective, it is important that the committee communicate effectively with its members, friends, liaisons, and other stakeholders.  In the past, we have relied on email and the TAM Today website as the primary methods of communication.  In light of the new tools available today, there may be other strategies that we consider.  Therefore, this group is charged with developing recommendations for communicating effectively with each stakeholder group.
