For those of you from out of town attending the meetings, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel Monaco located at 700 F Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. This hotel room block offers the Federal Per Diem rate of $226.00 plus tax. If you wish to stay there, please make your reservations no later than May 1, 2010.
For reservations, please call (877) 202-5411 or +1 (202) 628-7177 and give the Event Name of “TRB Aviation Group Mid-Year Meetings” in order to get the per diem rate. As hotel space is extremely tight in Washington at that time, we suggest you make your reservations early. After May 1st, we cannot guarantee that rooms will be available at the per diem rate, if at all. You will be asked for a credit card guarantee.
