TRB is sponsoring the 6th International Symposium on Highway Capacity and Quality of Service on June 28 to July 1, 2011, in Stockholm Sweden.  The program is designed to cover the latest developments in highway and transportation capacity and quality of service, including the recent edition of the Highway Capacity Manual, HCM 2010.  The registration site for the meeting is now open.
