Installation

Saturday, January 12 8am-5pm
Sunday, January 13 9am-1pm*

*Installation/No Show Policy - All freight must be delivered by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, when dock doors close.  Exhibitor forfeits space with no refund if the booth is not set and an exhibitor representative is not checked in by 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.  Exhibitors may work in their booths until 1:00 p.m. at which time the hall closes to setup for the opening reception.  Exhibitors may return at 3:00 p.m.

Saturday, January 12: 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Sunday, January 13: 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Monday, January 14: 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 15: 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Exhibitors may access the exhibit hall one hour prior to opening and remain 30 minutes after the close each day. All booths must be staffed during open hours.

Dismantle
Tuesday, January 15 4pm-10pm.  Exhibitors may not begin packing before 4:00 p.m. Exhibitors will not earn Priority Points if tear-down begins before 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 16 8am-noon

Saturday, January 12 Exhibitor Installation Begins at 8:00 a.m.

TRB Annual Meeting Exhibitor Advisory Council (EAC)

The EAC was formed to provide advice to the Transportation Research Board (TRB) on the TRB Annual Meeting Exhibit, to facilitate communication between exhibitors and TRB, review exhibit-related policies; and represent the interests of the TRB Annual Meeting exhibitors.  Plan to meet with your EAC members at TRB 2013!

Advertising in the Annual Meeting Final Program and becoming an Annual Meeting Patron provide additional opportunities for exposure.  Some advertising opportunities are limited.  Advertising space must be secured and artwork submitted by December 1, 2012.  There is no deadline to enroll for the patron opportunity.
